Pope John Paul II 1920-2005

Regardless of your own personal faith, who cannot help but admire the life and times of Pope John Paul II. He led his Church for 26 years, but more importantly, served as a world ambassador for peace and understanding for all people. A man who charmed everyone, young and old, rich and poor. The young and vibrant priest from Poland we still remember was slowed over the years by an assassination attempt and the rigors of disease and age. But to the very end, his heart and soul burned bright and were an inspiration to the world.
